Louis represents real estate developers, owners, investors, landlords and tenants with respect to the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and sale of land, shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, condominiums and industrial properties. He also represents national and regional homebuilders in the development of residential subdivisions and the purchase and sale of finished lots. His clients also include general contractors and real estate brokers, as well as charitable and arts organizations with respect to their real estate assets.
