PRACTICE AREAS
Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship

Christina is a native Houstonian and obtained her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2012 after graduating from University of Houston. Her legal career began during her senior year of high school as a file clerk, and in 2006 she transitioned to a paralegal role at a boutique estate planning and probate firm while attending law school. During that time, Christina discovered her passion for helping individuals and families prepare for and navigate the often complex and emotional process of estate administration. Prior to joining Schlanger Silver in 2026, Christina spent her legal career between two boutique firms focused primarily on estate planning and probate.

Christina is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (2022). She is also a published contributor to “The Texas Probate System,” a respected practice manual published by the State Bar of Texas that serves as a resource for attorneys practicing probate law in Texas.

Christina focuses on estate planning and asset protection, wills and trusts, probate of wills and estate/trust administration.
