Brooke Bozeman graduated cum laude in 2021 from South Texas School of Law Houston, where she was a member of the Corporate Counsel Law Review. Brooke obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a concentration in finance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2016.

Brooke’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisition, due diligence, financing, leasing, and disposition. Brooke’s practice also encompasses corporate law matters such as the formation and maintenance of corporate entities. Brooke’s clients include investors, developers, commercial landlords, HOA’s, and real estate brokers.
