Brett is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Brett’s practice focuses on local and national real estate projects. He handles all aspects of the real estate development process, including acquisition, due diligence, financing, leasing and disposition. Brett also handles business and contract matters, including the drafting and review of limited partnership agreements, company agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
